politics...
I just did a politics-test @ politicalcompass.org and this are my results: Economic Left/Right: -4.13 Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -3.28 The diagram says, I'd be like Gandhi... wtf... I mean, nothing against Gandhi but I'm quite sure that I don't have so many things in common with him... Maybe I'm just to extreme and the test took the arithmetic middle...
Whatever :)
Oh yeah by the way, from now on germans might have to pay to study because the government put a bill through on 2002 and the highest court just took the responsibility away from the government and gave it to the states...

I'm not really surprised. (The worst thing that happened to me during a similar test was that I was classified as a 'social democrat'. Eeek.) But maybe the test generates very extreme results just because it asks more "extreme" questions. A similar test in Germany would not be as "broadbanded" as this; for example it would not ask if one believes that the own race is superior to others - this would be the same question as "are you a Nazi", and for some reasons no one would ask this.
Another question is if there is a special reason why there are two degrees of freedom. Well, at least it's one more than in the usual left-right-scheme...
Studiengebühren is tuition fees btw.
